Monbulk Clematis Adult Riding Club (MCARC) was formed in 1983. Rallies are held on the second Sunday of the Month at Wards Road Reserve in Monbulk
The rally format consists of two lesson, usually consisting of a dressage lesson in the morning, followed by a jumping or poles lesson in the afternoon. Lunch is included in the lesson fees and is a good time to socialize. All instructors that teach at the Club usually are qualified
The club Membership is capped at 30 members, which makes it a very social club. But there are quite a few members who also enjoy getting out and about competing, with a lot of the local events having Monbulk - Clematis members competing. The Top teams events also usually have a Monbulk - Clematis team attending.
Apart from the Rallies and competitions, there are usually some clinics organized during the year, which may be weekend or day affairs. Then there are the just social events, often without the presence of a horse.
